Air Serbia names aircraft after actor Miki Manojlovic
On Friday, Air Serbia named one of its Airbus A319 airplanes after the actor Predrag Miki Manojlovic, who is the fourth citizen of Serbia to be involved in the flag carrier's "Living Legends" series.
At Jat Tehnika's runway at the Belgrade airport, Air Serbia CEO Dane Kondic and Miki Manojlovic unveiled the part of the plane bearing the actor's name.
The "Living Legends" initiative honors the citizens of Serbia who have excelled in their profession and gained international acclaim. The planes have so far been named after tennis player Novak Djokovic, basketball player Vlade Divac, and football player Dejan Stankovic.
- I am very happy about this. After three legends of the Serbian sports, Djokovic, Divac and Stankovic, here I am. This is a great honor - Manojlovic told Tanjug news agency.
