Apatin-based textile Flash SRB plant opens - Investment totals approximately EUR 40 m

Serbian Parliament member, Maja Gojkovic, and minister of economy, Zeljko Sertic, opened on Saturday, April 16, a plant of an Italian investor Flash SRB in Apatin , adding that in the last two years, business environment improved and that investors recognize Serbia as a good place to invest in.

Flesh SRB was set up by four Italian investors, including Calzedonia which already operates in Serbia and the investment totals EUR about EUR 40 m. The plant currently employs 165 workers, with an objective that in the future, headcount number increases to between 250 and 300,

Sertic said the Serbian government is a good partner for investors who come to our country and that it provides them financial support and, more importantly ,and support with existing services and solving operational challenges and problems as well as with opening of other markets.
