Protocol on debt repayment for delivered Russian gas signed

Gazprom, Serbian government, Yugorosgaz and Srbijagas signed a Protocol that implies extension of mechanism for debt repayment of the Serbian party for previously supplied Russian gas. The mechanism was agreed by both parties in the Protocol December 5, 2014.

According to the signed document, Serbian companies are obliged to carry out monthly payments and thus to repay the debt completely by June 30, 2016.

Participation of Serbian government provides additional assurance that the Serbian party will fulfill its obligations in a timely manner.

The parties believe that signing of this Protocol is another confirmation of commitment to development of Russian - Serbian cooperation in gas industry.
