Sanvi with Russian partner is planning acquisition of a part of Prva petoletka - After purchase, profit increase of 4,5 times planned

Trstenik-based Sanvi is planning to, with the Russian partner, Stroj mas servis, purchase a part of Prva petoletka, more precisely, the plant of cylinders, eKapija finds out. With this investment, the company which manufactures hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic pumps would increase its capacity three times.

- We are planning to buy the part of Petoletka to expand production and enlarge exports - " Nebojsa Stanic , director of Sanvi says for eKapija .

- We spoke with representatives of the Chamber of Commerce Krusevac and they suggested us to buy with our Russian partner, Stroj mas servis Prva Petoletka cylinders. Last year, we generated revenues of about EUR 1.200.000 and with a purchase of this part of Petoletka with Russian strategic partner, I think it would be 4.5 times higher, while production would increase three times.

- Official request was not filed because in conversation with the bankruptcy trustee we received information that tender for the sale will be announced next year.

Production boost in Trstenik –based plant will require new employment. There would be, Stanic says, 100 new vacancies and workers who remained at Petoletka’s factory of cylinders would be retained.

Sanvi has been in production of hydraulic pumps and hydraulic cylinders for 25 years and now it has 40 employees. 70% of production is planned for exports. Apart from Russia, they export to Sweden, Netherlands, Austria, and as of recently they deliver hydraulic cylinders and aggregates for Bosnian firm Tibra, for their mini hydro power plants.

At the domestic market, they are doing the first installation of cylinders for garbage company Resor from Gadzin Han, cylinders for TE Obrenovac, Zelezara Smederevo, TE Obilic in Kosovo.- Our customers come from machine and energy sector and we have contracted job by the end of the year. We contracted also job for Jordan through TE " Obrenovac" , where we will do hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic aggregates for one of their thermal power plant – Stanic outlines.

The eight year at the Fair of techniques in Belgrade

Sanvi has presented itself this year at the International Technical Fair in Belgrade. Apart from hydraulic cylinders and aggregates, visitors saw chrome pipes and rods.

- We're one of the longest cylinder at the Serbian market, up to 11m, we produce hydraulic cylinders for construction machinery, hydroelectric power plants, elevators, for agriculture and industry – our collocutor says.

- We have been exhibiting at the Fair of technique in Belgrade for eight years and every two year we are present at the fair of hydraulics in Hanover. This year we will be exhibitors at the construction fair in Moscow.
