Jedinstvo schedules AGM for June 22nd, dividend proposed at RSD 211 per share

Sevojno-based Jedinstvo (JESV) scheduled its annual general meeting (AGM) for June 22nd this year, with June 12th as a shareholders day.

The management of the company proposed RSD 211.76 per share (RSD 63.3m in total) to be paid out from the last year’s profit as a dividend (dividend yield at 5.3%).

Record date was December 31st. In the past few years Jedinstvo has paid out dividend in the amount of RSD 294.12 per share. Also, share buyback program is on the agenda, proposed in the amount of 10% of total shares at a price not higher then RSD 6,000.
