"Yugoimport" SDPR exports products to Iraq – 230m USD

Minister of Defense, Dragan Šutanovac, said that public company "Yugoimport" SDPR had signed 230m USD worth of contract with Iraqi Ministry of Defense on export of products of Serbian military industry to that country.

Without specifying the type of products that will be exported, Šutanovac said that realization of that contract will result in establishment of better position of the military industry, as well as in higher standard of employees in that significant economic branch.

Delegation of Iraqi Ministry of Defense visited Serbia two times this autumn and it also visited Kragujevac-based factory "Zastava Arms".
