Citizens receive RSD 400 per share from Telekom.

Last year, Telekom paid out dividends of RSD 13.08 to shareholders, and RSD 9.46 per share a year earlier.

The state is the majority owner of Telekom with 58.1% of shares, treasury shares make up 20% of the capital, whereas the rest is owned by former and current employees and citizens, who individually own 31 Telekom shares.

The Supervisory Board of the state's telecommunications company Telekom Srbija called the Annual General Meeting for June 29, whereas the date of record is set for June 19 of the current year. The AGM will, among other things, decide on the adoption of regular and consolidated reports and decide on the distribution of the profit.
