Preparations for New York flights – Air Serbia organizes a promotional flight of the new aircraft to Banjaluka
(Illustration) The company Air Serbia organized a promotional flight of the new aircraft Airbus A330 on Saturday, June 11, 2016, on the Belgrade-Banjaluka-Belgrade line, as part of the preparations for the establishment of the flights to New York, which start on June 23.
The general manager of the company Dane Kondic said on this occasion that the plane was brand new and pointed out that it was the second day of the test flights, so that the flights to New York could be established on June 23, reports RTRS.
The new aircraft, according to him, has 254 seats, of which 18 in the business class.
The Ambassador of B&H to Serbia Lazar Mirkic, who was on the flight to Banjaluka, said that it all pointed out the best possible outcome for Air Serbia in the next period and reminded that the aircraft of the Serbian national airline company would be the only one to fly to the USA from the region.
The promotional flights are being organized while the preparations for the establishment of the New York flights are in progress, and in addition to Banjaluka, there will be flights to Podgorica and Zagreb as well.
