One of the most visited tourist centers in Serbia, Zlatibor, has gotten a new four-star luxury hotel – Iris. The owner of the hotel is Veljko Knezevic, an experienced hotelkeeper, who was the general manager of one of the most reputable hospitality chains in Montenegro HTP Milocer.

- I have chosen Zlatibor because I feel it’s a promising tourist destination which is not season-dependent. I was lucky that the cooperation with the local self-government went very smoothly, there were no problems – explained Knezevic.

Knezevic said that he had known from the start what he wanted and insisted on a four-star hotel. - The effort has paid off, the hotel is already filling up – he said.

- The construction of the hotel was very demanding, and everyone knows that building a hotel on a mountain is far more difficult than building one by the sea. I expect the investment to pay off in the next seven to ten years – said Knezevic.

The hotel has 25 units, of which 10 apartments, a large balcony, a 100-seat restaurant and a 450 m2 spa center.
