Request submitted for forced takeover of 1.16% of stocks of "Union" hotel
Majority owner of the
Belgrade hotel "Union", Milorad Majkić, has submitted request to the minority
stockholders for forced takeover of 1.16% of stocks at the price of 629 RSD per
stock.
The transfer of stocks will be carried out on January 29. The value of the transaction is 783,105 RSD. After he takes over remaining 1,245 stocks, Majkić will become the owner of 100% of "Union", which he bought on the auction on October 13, 2002, at the price of 150.1m RSD.
Following the privatization, Majkić also increased its share after the last offer for takeover of stocks, which lasted prior to December 24, to 105,791 stocks, that is, 98.84% of stocks.
"Union" has 107,036 stocks. According to the data from the prospectus on the Belgrade Stock Exchange, the value of the market capitalization of "Union" is 67.33m RSD.
