Vrsacki Vinogradi finds a strategic partner

A strategic partner was found for Vrsacki Vinogradi, a company which has been in bankruptcy from last November. The partner assessed that it had interest to invest not a small amount of money in the company, which has great production potential and can secure a return of the investment with its current operations, reports eVrsac.

This way, the survival, maintenance and improvement of a symbol of the City of Vrsac will be secured. The concept of the company’s revitalization has been supported by the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency and the board of creditors, among which are representatives of the city authorities of Vrsac.

The strategic partner of Vrsacki Vinogradi is a local company Profinex d.o.o. Beograd, operating with foreign capital. The signing of the agreement on the strategic partnership will take place on July 15 at 1 p.m. at the company’s premises at Svetosavski Square.
