Of the four companies which want to buy Galenika, the factory has not yet been visited only by the Finnish investment fund KJK Capital.

The tender documentation for the purchase of 25% of Galenika has been bought out by another three companies, pharmaceutical drug manufacturers Sopharm from Bulgaria and Cadilapharm from India and the British investment fund Frontier, which has been brought to the Zemun factory by the Serbian businessman Toplica Spasojevic.

— Their managers have visited Galenika up to two times each. All the details regarding the business activities were made available to them. They made a tour of the factory and entered all production facilities and laboratories. The Indians even stayed within the premises of the factory the whole day – a Blic source says.

The source adds that the factory’s management is now waiting for the Finnish to arrive, but also that many are skeptical about the arrival of the fund’s management, since the deadline for the sale of Galenika is to expire soon.

The tender application deadline is July 27. It was extended at the end of May, but there have been no new offers since.
