Serbia and Russia signed energy agreement – protocol on procurement of 51% of stocks of NIS by “Gazprom Neft” also signed

Russia and Serbia signed oil-gas agreement today (January 25, 2008) in Moscow. By signing that agreement, the two governments agreed on cooperation in field of energy and on the protocol about procurement of 51% of stocks of Petroleum Industry of Serbia by “Gazprom Neft” for 400m EUR.

The Agreement was signed in the presence of President of Russian Federation, Vladimir Putin, President of Serbia, Boris Tadić, and Prime Minister of Serbia, Vojislav Koštunica.
