Auction for FEP and "Megaplast" on February 29th

Privatization Agency will offer two companies from the structure of Metal-processing industry "Majdanpek" for sale on the auction on February 29th.

Starting price of the factory of electric products FEP is 78.2m RSD, while the starting price of the factory for processing of plastic and metal "Megaplast" amounts to 40.9m RSD.

Processing complex IPM is a part of production-mining metallurgical complex of Basin Bor.

IPM owns land, building facilities, equipment and stocks of materials. The facilities that are on the grounds of the factory are: production hall of 10,213 square meters, administrative building of 649 square meters, warehouse of 325 square meters, carpenter's workshop and warehouse of 96 square meters for oil and resin.

"Megaplast" owns production unit of 28,215 square meters, production hall of 2,558 square meters and 1,430 square meters, a building of 658 square meters and a warehouse 412 square meters, as well as equipment and stocks of materials.
