Coca-Cola or Dannone or ..., to buy in month Simpo factory for production of mineral water Rosa-Vlasinka

Company Coca-Cola may become a new owner of Simpo's factory for production of mineral water Vlasinka in a month. Negotiations are also conducted with ten more companies including Dannone and also companies from Slovenia, Croatia, and Serbia. Whoever the buyer will be, besides paying the price for the company bought, they must invest in order to double current day capacity of 150.000 bottels. In addition, the buyer must also invest in the local community.

There are about 7000 employees in Simpo, smaller stockholders own 59,5% of the company, and 40% of the company is owned by Stock fund of Serbia and PIO fund. The company also includes the factory for furniture production, the factory for production  of sweets Kondiva, detergent factory Sinhem(51% of shares of that factory is owned by Italian company Galea), and the factory for chocolate production Simka was founded by investment of Swiss company Euro food. Simpo in its composition also includes fish pond and sheep farm.

Mineral water factory Rosa gets water from Topli Do, place in the middle of Vlasina which is unpolluted eco-zone at 1500m hight above sea level, where there are no industrial or inhabited places.
