First regional HR conference in IT industry – HR Code in Belgrade on October 13

The company ManpowerGroup Serbia is organizing, for the first time, a unique conference, called HR Code, at Falkensteiner Hotel in Belgrade on October 13, 2016.

The aim of HR Code is to gather in one place more than 100 colleagues from the HR sector, above all from the IT industry in Serbia and the region, in order to discuss the key topics of human resource management in this industry.

In the course of a day, 5 interesting speakers from eminent IT companies operating in Serbia, among other places, will present their views, advice and experience regarding topics such as:

– Recruitment and selection of IT candidates

– Employee development

– What are the challenges of HR position in IT industry?

– What makes for a good HR business partner in IT?

– Can employees be drawn and kept in any other way other than with money?

The conference will also be a unique opportunity to carry out a new survey regarding available work force (IT professionals) in Serbia, the challenges in recruiting and selecting them, adequate compensation, ways for employees to develop and other relevant topics. The survey will be organized through a unique Live Voting system.
