The Privatization Agency, in the capacity of trustee in bankruptcy, is looking for a valuer for Banini ad in bankruptcy.
The purpose of the evaluation of the company is to use the estimate of the liquidity of the property and the value of the bankruptcy debtor as a legal entity to define a sale strategy in order to reach the highest possible selling price and the maximum appeasement of creditors.
Interested bidders and authorized representatives can submit their bids until September 7.
