Serbian broker company "M&V Investments" bought Montenegrin "Invest broker"

The best Serbian broker company "M&V Investments", of which majority owner is Serbian sugar king Miodrag Kostić, became 100% owner of "Invest brokera", a broker company in Montenegro, at the end of the last week.

According to Dragijana Radonjić Petrović, President of Administrative Board in "M&V Investments", this acquisition will make it more easier for Montenegrin investors to appear on Serbian market and vice versa, and it cost more than 41,000 EUR.

- We also invested in Montenegro on some previous occasions, by buying stocks, but in order to make it easier for the buyers from Montenegro to trade in our country and for our companies to buy in Montenegro, we have bought "Invest broker"- says Mrs Radonjić-Petrović.

At the end of the last year, "Invest broker" stopped trading on Montenegroberza, but it renewed the membership at the beginning of the last week, probably because of this takeover.

Serbian businessman Kostić has been trading on Montenegrin stock exchanges for two years now. So far, he has bought the stocks of "Plantaže", "Aluminum Combine" and "Jugopetrol". He is now one of the greatest landowners in Serbia. Through his company "MK Commerce", he controls 22,700 ha of cultivated fields in Vojvodina, as well as properties "Panonija" and "Agrounija" in Inđija, "Vojvodina" in Novo Miloševo and "Elan".
