"Krušik-tekstilne mašine" on auction on March 7

Privatization Agency will offer company "Krušik-tekstilne mašine" from Valjevo for sale on the auction on March 7th at starting price of 13.37m RSD. Total estimated value of the capital that is privatized amounts to 83.5m RSD (1m EUR), while the minimum of obligatory investments included in the public invitation announced on the web site of the Agency is 34.2m RSD.

Basic activity of the company is production of textile machines, salt sprinklers for maintenance of roads in winter conditions, as well as means and parts for non-combat army vehicles. Also, it deals with the services of mechanical processing and manufacturing of goods.

The company owns administrative building at 780 square meters, the warehouse at 1,250 square meters and production hall at 3,750 square meters.

So far, three factories from the business system of "Krušik" have been sold on the auction - "Krušik-akumulatori" from Valjevo, which was bought by the consortium of juristics persons "Euro Balkan Corporation" for 57m RSD, and "Krušik-plastika" from Osečina, which was bought by Višnja Jerković for 46.4m RSD.

Production in "Precizni liv" is intended for the needs of Slovenian factory in Gradačac, Bosna and Herzegovina.
