Cypriot company "Mergol limited" has announced its offer for takeover of remaining 50% of stocs of "Trudbenik" from Vršac.
"Mergol" offered total of 567.4m RSD for 50% of stocks of the Industry of building materials Trudbenik [TRDB] from Vršac. According to the offer published on the web site of the Central Securities Registry, "Mergol" intends to take over total of 11,821 stocks of "Trudbenik" at individual price of 48,000 RSD."Mergol" bought 11,819 stocks on the Belgrade Stock Exchange on January 30th, that is, 49.99% of stocks of "Trudbenik" in the block transaction worth 472.8m RSD. The stocks were bought at price of 40,000 RSD per piece from Nikola Stanković.
The bid will be opened prior to March 10th, 2008.
According to the data of the Central Securities Registry, the stocks of "Trudbenik" are also owned by the Share Fund of Serbia (30.4% of capital), Pension Disability Insurance Fund (10%), "Galmar maks" (3.5%), Dragan Stupar (1.5%). Remaining stockholders own less than 1% of capital.
