Stocks of Kula-based "Eterna" on Belgrade Stock Exchange

The Share Fund of Serbia will offer package of 36.85% of capital of Leather Factory "Eterna" from Kula on March 18 on the Belgrade Stock Exchange at starting price of 43.4m RSD. Total of 12,539 stocks will be offered for sale, that is, 9,585 stocks of the Share Fund and 2,954 stocks that belong to the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

The starting price per stock will be 3,466 RSD, and the deadline for applications from the potential buyers is March 13. The factory deals with processing of raw leather, and it was founded in 1753. "Eterna" occupies about 18 ha of land, 7 of which are under facilities of the factory, and it also owns a holiday hostel in Zlarin in Croatia. Major share of the capital of this company, about 60% of stocks, is owned by the minor stockholders.
