"BG Car show" opened
Serbia is very attractive market, which is proved by the fact that 55,000 new automobiles was sold last year - said the Minister of Trade, Predrag Bubalo, today (March 13, 2008), at the opening of the Automobile Show in Belgrade - "BG Car show".
Bubalo pointed out that that was the reason why 455 exhibitors participated in the fair, and the good sales had been achieved thanks to the fact that the Government had contributed to development and improvement of living standard of the citizens in the previous four years.
He added that the growth of gross national product, which was the largest in the region in the past four years, had made it possible for the citizens to buy so many automobiles.
The Manager of the Fair, Anđelko Trpković, announced that the Belgrade Fair would sponsor our sportsmen at the Olympics in Peking and that 50 RSD from every ticket would be paid to the account of the Olympic COmmittee.
