Sombor's Boja acquires Vojvodinaput – Intention of buyout of remaining shares declared

Following the huge block transaction of Subotica-based Vojvodinaput's shares on Monday, November 7, at the price of RSD 8,000 per share, the Sombor-based company Boja became the company's majority owner with a 78.2% stake.

After this transaction, the new majority owner declared the intention of acquiring the remaining 21.8% of shares not yet under its control, Wisebroker reports.


The market capitalization of Vojvodinaput amounts to RSD 802.3 million (EUR 6.5 million) at the price of RSD 8,000. The company made RSD 1.6 billion in revenues and a net profit of RSD 56 million in 2015.
