BIGZ becoming multifunctional center – Soravia Group new building owner from early 2017

(Old Mill) Mayor Sinisa Mali stated on Sunday, November 27, that the BIGZ building would soon get a new owner and said that he had received the information and a letter from the interested buyer, the Soravia Group, saying that the transaction will be finalized by the end of the first quarter of 2017.

– I have received the information and a letter from the future owners that the entire transaction will be completed by the end of the first quarter of the next year, that the building will be taken over and that they expect to turn it into another grand facility Belgrade will be proud of – Mali said for Tanjug and added that it was another great piece of news for people of Belgrade.

He specified that the building would be a multifunctional center for events, exhibitions and cultural events.

– It will make life more active in that part of the city and will, along with the Radisson Blu hotel, Belgrade Waterfront and the building of the former Federal Ministry of the Interior, in whose place a grand facility is to be raised, give a whole new look to that part of the city in a few years – the mayor stated.

The Soravia Group raised the Radisson Blu Old Mill hotel in Belgrade several years ago.
