Tender announced for "Minel transformatori"

Privatization Agency of Serbia announced tender today (March 24, 2008) for sale of 65.15% of capital of company for production and overhaul of transformers "Minel Transformatori" from Ripanj. Tender documentation can be purchased between March 27 and May 16, 2008, at price of 8,000 EUR, the deadline for submission of obligatory bids for procurement of "Minel Transformatori" is June 20, and the auction guarantee is 150,000 EUR.

The condition for participation in the tender is that bidder deals with production or trade in electric motors, generators or transformers over the past three years and that he or high mother company realized business income in amount of minimum 10m EUR in 2007.
