Srem Sid in bankruptcy on sale – Starting price nearly RSD 1.9 billion

The administrative receiver of Srem Sid in bankruptcy has put the bankruptcy owner up on sale as a legal entity, as well as individual pieces of property not included in the sale of the bankruptcy owner as a legal entity, through direct bidding, along with the gathering of written bids.

The property of the bankruptcy owner consists of the legal entity IM Srem Sid d.o.o. in bankruptcy, with a meat packing plant and a cold storage plant, a farm in Ilinci, the Sid head office building, workshops and garages and agricultural land with an area of 10 hectares, whose value has been estimated at RSD 1,867,690,680.00.

Also on sale are the Batrovci head office building, workshops and garages, estimated at RSD 14,042,386.00, the Zaravan pig farm, estimated at RSD 29,887,196.00 and the sales outlet in New Belgrade, in Ivana Ribara Street, estimated at RSD 5,079,792.00.

The written bid submission deadline is December 23, 2016, until 12 o'clock. The public opening of bids has been scheduled for the same date at 12:15 pm.

Following the opening of bids, the board of creditors and the administrative receiver will consider them and require potential purchasers to possibly modify the offered price up.
