State-owned package of stocks in Leather factory "Eterna" for sale for second time on April 15 - price lower by 35%
- Serbia will
offer 36.85% of stocks of Leather factory "Eterna" from Kula for sale for the
second time on April 15 at starting price of 28.24m RSD - said the
CEO of the factory, Vesna Maksimović, yesterday (March 26, 2008) and added that the price was 35% lower
than the first time, on March 18.
State-owned package of stocks in "Eterna" is made
of 9,585 stocks owned by the Share Fund and 2,954 stocks
owned by the Pension and Disability Insurance Fund.

Stock Exchange say that, in most of the cases, the trading is scheduled for some other date when
there are no interested buyers on the auction or when the transaction is not
equal to the achieved price.
Total of 12,539 stocks will be offered for sale at starting price of 2,252 RSD, while the price on March 18m amounted to 3,466 RSD per stock.
Company "Tradelda" from Spain is still interested in purchase of stocks of "Eterna". The talks with Tradelda about strategic cooperation took place last year. It should also be reminded that, after the sale of state-owned package, minor stockholders, who possess majority share amounting to 63.15% of capital, will be able to offer their stocks for sale on the stock exchange - Vesna Maksimović pointed out.
