Belgrade's Komercijalna Banka has called a new general meeting, to be held on January 25, 2017.

The agenda includes the decision on the sale of shares in the bank's portfolio, namely the ownership stakes in Jubmes Banka, Dunav Osiguranje, the Belgrade Stock Exchange and Trziste Novca.

The most valuable of these is the share of 0.6% in Dunav Osiguranje, worth around RSD 34 million (around EUR 280,000) at the latest stock price, Wisebroker reports.
