Another RSD 500 million of support to beginners in business in 2017

The program of support to beginners in business by the Ministry of Economy and the Development Fund ends on Friday, December 30, 2016, and all the requests filed to the Development Fund up till that date will be considered, the Ministry of Economy reported.

– There has been a great interest in 2016 in this program, which is a combination of state grants and favorable loans by the Development Fund. So far, 200 businessmen in the initial phases of business have been supported, whereas more than 120 requests are being processed – it was stated.

As the report adds, support to beginners in business will continue throughout early 2017 as well, as part of the new program for which the Ministry of Economy has set aside RSD 150 million in grants, whereas the Fund will provide additional loans in the amount of RSD 350 million.

The Ministry of Economy, as the report points out, will open a public invitation for the realization of the new program, of which the public will be notified in due time.
