Value of IT market in Serbia grew by 37% in 2007 and reached 460m EUR

- The value of IT market in Serbia grew by 37% in 2007 and reached 460m EUR - analyst company "Mineco" estimated.

IT equipment, with the share of 69%, is still dominant in total value of the market, over 20% belongs to the services in that field, while the share of software is 11%.

Investments in development of information technologies in Serbia in 2007 reached the value of 62 EUR per capita on annual basis, which is five times less than in Slovenia and 3.5 times less than in Hungary and Greece.
