TGI Group International is organizing the Second Serbian Property and Infrastructure Development Conference on February 21, 2017, at the Metropol Palace Hotel in Belgrade, the company reported.
The aim of the conference is to see how property and infrastructure development can contribute to the economic development of the country and to connect experts and investors with all relevant state, financial and social participants in the field of real estate and infrastructure in Serbia.
The topics of this year's conference include: urban development and infrastructural projects, possibilities of investment and growth in the field of real estate and infrastructure, public-private partnership as an efficient model for public infrastructural projects, trends and perspectives of the real estate market, new trends in construction of shopping malls, retail parks and high-rises, development of transport and logistics infrastructure, real estate and development of infrastructure, improvement of the legal framework and the tax system...
These topics will be discussed by officials and experts from the sector, including Philip Pinnington, Ambassador of Canada to Serbia, Daniel Berg, EBRD Director for Serbia, Goran Vesic, City Manager of Belgrade, Branislav Popovic, General Manager of the Belgrade Land Development Public Agency, Marko Cadez, President of the Chamber of Commerce of Serbia, Milutin Folic, City Architect of Belgrade and others.
