Passengers choose best world airlines

A recently performed research has shown that certain airlines take their relationship with their passengers prior to and during the flight quite seriously.

Some others, on the other hand, among which are certain renowned companies, did not rate well when it comes to customer satisfaction.

The research included several categories, such as the politeness of the staff, food and drink, seat comfort, boarding and value-for-money. Furthermore, companies were split into two categories according to length of flight. One category included companies whose flights often last under 3 hours, and companies whose flights take 6 or more hours were in the other category.

The passenger survey has shown that the best short-flight company is Turkish Airlines. Their customers gave top rating to their food, as well as staff service. The top of the list also includes Scandinavian Airlines and Icelander, whereas the Spanish low-cost airline Vueling is at the very bottom. The famous Ryanair placed two spots above Vueling.

As for long flights, passengers were the most satisfied with Singapore Airlines. Their customers believe that nearly every aspect of the service is perfect and almost every category was given top rating.

Emirates and KLM follow, and two renowned names placed at the bottom of the list. According to the passengers, Air Canada and United Airlines need to change their policy for the better as soon as possible.
