Deadline for bids for purchase of Duvanska Industrija Bujanovac extended

The deadline for the submission of bids for the purchase of the property of Duvanska Industrija Bujanovac (DIB) has been extended until March 3, 2017, as reported by the Ministry of Economy of Serbia. The opening of bids is to take place on March 7.

The public invitation for submission of bids for the purchase of DIB was placed on December 9, 2016 and the opening of bids was scheduled for today, January 17, 2017.

The offer included 57.9% of the DIB capital at the starting price of EUR 686,354, a third of the estimated value of the company's capital.

DIB employs around 100 workers and has been put up for sale unsuccessfully several times.
