RTB Bor looking for consultant for attracting strategic investor – Bid submission deadline February 8

RTB Bor has opened an invitation for the consultant for attracting a strategic investor, as well as for providing legal services. Bids should be submitted by February 8, 2017, and bidders are to define the height of the financial offer themselves.

As stated, RTB Bor invites all interested bidders to submit bids for the provision of consultancy services of preparation and realization of the public procedure of attracting a strategic investor to the end of enhancing operations and further development of mining and metalworking at RTB Bor. This can be carried out through the implementation of the measures from the Pre-Packaged Reorganization Plan (PPRP), the realization of the joint investment of RTB Bor Group through a public-private partnership, privatization or foundation of new business entities, sale of assets or property, capital increase of RTB Bor Group and its subsidiaries, or any combination thereof.

The consultancy services entail the preparation of a contract on confidentiality and relevant documentation, familiarization of potential strategic investors with RTB Bor Group and its subsidiaries and the preparation of a report on the proposition of the structure of a transaction for attracting investors to RTB Bor Group.

The criteria for the selection of the consultant are successfully realized projects in the fields of mining and metalworking in the past three years. These need to be projects of joint investment through public-private partnerships, privatization or foundation of new business entities, sale of assets or property, restructuring or reorganization or capital increase.

In the domain of provision of legal services, RTB Bor invites all interested bidders to submit bids for providing legal services to the end of implementing the measures from the PPRP, namely: capital decrease, conversion of liabilities into capital, status changes and preparation of a new organizational structure and implementation of organizational changes, in line with the deadlines and requirements from the adopted and effective PPRPs.

Required references are contracts on the type of services defined in the invitation, realized in the past five years.
