This year’s 45th Belgrade International Film Fest – FEST 2017 will be held from February 24 till March 5, reports the portal danubeogradu.rs.

FEST is one of the highlights of Belgrade’s cultural life, and this year’s festival will open with Emir Kusturica’s latest work On the Milky Road.

The first FEST, subtitled Brave New World, opened on January 9, 1971, at Dvorana Doma Sindikata (Trade Union Hall), with a screening of Robert Altman’s M*A*S*H.
