Artificial intelligence, drones, humanoid robots, autonomous systems, Internet of Things (IoT) – they are all manifestations of the digital revolution which is transforming the world of business and politics, as well as society as a whole, at incredible speed. CeBIT will lead its visitors even deeper into the phenomenon of digitization, the organizers announce.
The leading world IT exhibit CeBIT 2017 will be traditionally held in Hanover on March 20-24, says the press release of Deutsche Messe.
The motto of the exhibit, “d!conomy – no limits” focuses on endless possibilities of digital transformation. CeBIT will present numerous examples of disruptive technologies, new business models and applications, as well as a range of solutions for the digital transformation of a company. This year's topic was chosen in order to further emphasize the way in which borders between man and machine, as well as real and virtual worlds, shift.
More than 3,000 companies from 70 countries will be featured at CeBIT, as well as 400 startups with their disruptive business models, whereas digital visionaries will reveal what kind of digital future awaits us within the CeBIT Global Conference (CGC), the press release says. Two Serbian companies will present themselves in Hanover, Geneko and FSD, as well as the ARS Embedded Systems startup.
Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe and German Chancellor Angela Merkel will open the event. This year's partner-country, Japan, will present 120 companies within all categories at the exhibit. In addition to two group pavilions in halls 4 and 12, the largest CeBIT pavilion so far, other Japanese companies will have individual presentations in other halls.
