Looking for valuer of Zrenjanin’s Zitoprodukt in bankruptcy

The administrative receiver of Zitoprodukt a.d. in bankruptcy Zrenjanin has opened an invitation to professionals for assessment of liquidity value of the property and evaluation of the legal entity whose property is subject to separate satisfaction rights.

As stated in the invitation, the valuer is to assess the profitability of the sale of the bankruptcy owner as a legal entity compared to the sale of the property individually and determine the share of the value of evaluated property subject to separate satisfaction right compared to the assessment of the value of the legal entity (expressed as percentage).

The bids can be submitted by February 17.
