Ending of the first round of competition for hotel Moskva in Belgrade – bidders: Delta M, UAB Ukio bank Litvania, Domycor LTD Kipar, Balkan Midland Belgrade ...

The first round of the search for partner for the elite Belgrade hotel Moskva is coming to an end. Four bids were delivered prior to July 24, 2005. So far, there are no information on the last offer of the company Serbia from Italy, which was the first interested buyer. Thus, there are 4 offers known to the public:

- Domycor LTD Nicosia Cyprus, which prepared its offer together with broker company Senzal Belgrade

- Delta M, which prepared its offer in cooperation with broker company Delta broker Belgrade.

- UAB Ukio bank investment group, Kaunas, Lithuania, which prepared its offer with broker company Jorgić broker Belgrade, famous to the public by its strategic partnership with Alumina Factory Birač, near Zvornik

- Balkan Midland Ltd. from Belgrade, part of Midland Resources, which prepared its offer with broker company M&V investments Novi Sad
