The Grundfos factory in Indjija opened in December 2012. The production is currently carried out across 25,000 m2 in the North East Work Zone, and the company employs around 470 workers.
As announced by the company, they are planning to increase the number of workers this year as well, and around 100 people were employed in 2016 alone, as emphasized by HR Manager Maja Milovanovic.
– At the moment, 50 new job positions are open. We will not be employing people at the same intensity every month, but we are expecting the number of workers to grow for sure – Milovanovic says.
Today, Grundfos is the biggest world producer of circulating pumps, covering about a half of the global market. They produce around 16 million pumps for the world market a year. Their main products are circulating pumps for heating and air conditioning, as well as other circulating pumps for the industry, water supply, waste water and dosage pumps.
