New sale of property of Industrija Piva Zrenjanin – Beer filling lines, tanks, reservoirs, fermentors offered

The administrative receiver of Industrija Piva Zrenjanin has opened the sale of the movable and immovable property through public bid collection.

On sale are two lots of the brewery. The first one encompasses equipment and supplies, among other items, two beer filling lines, a line for filling PET packages with beer and juice, 6 fermentors, tanks, mills, compressors, steam boilers, wooden casks, packing machines, reservoirs, supplies... The estimated average value of the first lot is around RSD 63.66 million.

The land on which a 57 m2 residential building was built, and whose value has been estimated to around RSD 1.7 million, comprises the second lot.

The production in the Zrenjanin brewery stopped more than ten years ago. Following several unsuccessful sales of the company as a legal entity, in 2014, it was decided for the property to be sold in lots.

The final bid submission deadline is March 14, 2017, at 11 am, and the opening of bids is to take place on the same date, at 11:45 am, at the Zrenjanin brewery.
