Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications Rasim Ljajic and Ambassador of Hungary Attila Pinter agreed that a joint tourist product of Serbia and Hungary needed to be created as soon as possible, above all for the Chinese and overseas markets, providing guests from those countries with a selection of programs entailing simultaneous visits to Serbian and Hungarian tourist destinations.

As the deputy prime minister's cabinet reported, Ljajic talked to the ambassador about the concrete steps towards enhancing the cooperation in the field of tourism between the two countries.

He said that a working group would soon be formed to that end, consisting of representatives of the competent ministries, tourist organizations and tourist economies of the two countries in order to define joint offer programs of Serbia and Hungary for third markets.

Joint programs are expected to be defined by June 2017 at the latest, which are then to be presented officially, the press release says.
