During the summer months, Belgrade will be connected by direct flight with Heraklion, on the Greek island of Crete. The route is to be established by the Greek airline Ellinair on June 6.

There will be two flights a week between Belgrade and Heraklion, Tuesdays and Fridays, by Boeing 737-300 with 148 passenger seats in the economy class.

The tickets for these flights are already available, and the cheapest return ticket costs EUR 175 and covers luggage up to 20 kg, as well as hand-luggage up to 8 kg.

Ellinair will also organize Belgrade-Thessaloniki-Belgrade charter flights in cooperation with the tour operator Mouzenidis. These flights will be organized each 10 or 11 days from June 15 till September 18.

Flights to Thessaloniki will be meant for tourists looking to visit the capital of the Greek Macedonia or those who wish to spend their summer holiday on Chalkidiki or at the Olympian Riviera. These flights will also be available to those who wish to travel by their own arrangement.
