"Danube foods group" to invest 40m EUR in its companies in Serbia in 2008

"Danube foods group" has announced that it will invest total of 40m EUR in the companies of that group in Serbia in 2008.

- This year is the year of business plans as far as "Danube foods group" is concerned and we intend to invest 40m EUR in the companies, such as "Knjaz Miloš", "Bambi-Banat" and "Imlek", in 2008 - said the Manager of corporate and regulatory affairs of that group, Rade Pribićević, at the press conference at the International Agricultural Fair in Novi Sad.

Pribićević pointed out that the year 2007 was "very successful" for all companies within the group and that the restructuring process led to favorable results .


Members of that group, which is run by investment fund Salford, are "Dairy Subotica", IMPAZ, Novi Sad Dairy, Dairy Zemun, Dairy Banja Luka.
