The bankruptcy administrator of Fabrika Ulja Krusevac a.d. in bankruptcy has put the movable property of the factory up for sale through public bidding.

The offer includes movable property (machines and equipment), divided in several lots: extraction facility (extractor, distillation machine...), refinery and filling plant (automatic bottle filling device, reservoirs, filter presses...), pressing facility (oil seed press, oil press...), silo and workshop (transporters with elevators, sunflower grits dryer...) and the boiler room. Furthermore, several types of vehicles are also for sale (passenger vehicles, fire engine, trailer, tractor...).

The public bidding will be held on May 18, 2017, at 11 am, in the premises of the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency in Belgrade.

The edible oil factory is one of the Krusevac companies to go into bankruptcy following an unsuccessful privatization once the state’s protection against the creditors expired.

In early 2017, when the sale of the factory’s movable property was announced, it was not certain when the immovable property would be auctioned. As the Bankruptcy Supervision Agency says, this depends on the estimate and the consent of the Agency for Restitution.
