These are top 12 Belgrade restaurants in 2017

Belgrade has positioned itself on the European hospitality map as the city of good hosts. Due to a large number of restaurants, people of Belgrade and tourists are often not sure which one to choose. To that end, the renowned magazine CafeBar Network published the list of Top 12 Belgrade restaurants for 2017, after a year of research, 2,000 polled subjects and over 500 visited restaurants.

This year's list contains the following restaurant: Bizu, CaffeCafee&Fish, Druga, Durmitor, Frans, Homa, Lorenzo&Kakalamba, Marinada, Prime, Tabor, The Square and Tricolore.

These are the restaurants to display the Top 12 mark in 2017.

The criteria included food and drink quality, service, the interior and the ambiance, hygiene, innovations, maintaining standards, enhancing the offer, as well as dedication of the owner and the employees working together to create the restaurant's ambiance.

In 2016, the expert team of CafeBar Network polled 2,000 people, many of which from the hospitality industry, visited more than 500 restaurants and worked diligently on gathering and publishing numerous impressions and comments.

– The CafeBar Network Recommends Top 12 mark has become a matter of prestige for Belgrade restaurants. The competition gets stiffer each year and it becomes increasingly harder to select 12 restaurants. The phones in our office are are constantly ringing during the CafeBar Network Recommends selection and the fact is that people from the hospitality industry care a lot about having the Top 12 mark on the doors of their restaurants – says Katarina Zivkovic, editor in chief of CafeBar Network.
