New mobile phone brand soon in Serbia – NOA announces regional expansion

The NOA mobile phone and tablet brand arrived to Bosnia and Herzegovina in early 2017, and the arrival to the Serbian market is expected soon as well. This is a native Croatian brand, whereas the production takes place in China.

The NOA Group, headquartered in Sarajevo, is a strategic partner of the Croatian company Hangar 18 and has regional brand authorization. The brand has become recognizable in B&H in a short time and there are serious plans for the regional market being prepared in cooperation with the Koprivnica-based company, the original brand maker.

The NOA Group is working on opening a development and distribution center in Sarajevo, and, as management representative Nermin Hubic says, they are soon to get a Banja Luka office as well. The NOA portfolio consists of smartphones, tablets, e-blue gaming equipment and NOA line – additional equipment.

– We are working on opening a regional development center in Sarajevo. The NOA business centers will open in the first quarter of 2018 – Hubic says.

Hubic adds that they have a different approach and that they don’t intend to compete with the A brands, but to become recognizable in the B category.

– NOA is third in Croatia today looking by the number of mobile phones sold, and it has a good position in Montenegro as well. The markets of Macedonia and Albania have just been opened. We will soon open the Serbian market as well, and then the markets in the Czech Republic and Slovakia in a few months – he says.

NOA B&H is in charge of eastern markets outside the EU and has the regional brand authorization. The NOA Group is the only authorized importer and distributor of the NOA brand. As such, it has the regional right of control over distributors in each country, development and positioning of the brand, as well as marketing activities and control of adhering to the corporate policy.

– I emphasize that we give distribution rights in each country individually, with the distributor being independent in its operations, while obliging to adhere to the corporate rules of the NOA brand. Direct delivery to authorized regional distributors will be conducted through the central distribution warehouse in Sarajevo – Hubic says.
