NALED elects new Managing and Supervisory Boards – Implementation of electronic land register announced

The National Alliance for Local Economic Development (NALED) elected new Managing and Supervisory Boards on April 26, announcing that they would focus on countering gray economy, reforming the tax system and reducing parafiscal charges, as well as on reducing administrative load and developing e-government.

As stated by the president of the Managing Board of NALED, Goran Kovacevic, the organization realized programs for the benefit of Serbia worth around EUR 1.3 million last year.

– We've started a structured and public fight against the gray economy, great results have been made in the field of electronic building permits and we've also initiated a range of other activities, which the Managing Board will continue realizing – Kovacevic said.

The new Managing Board of NALED for the next four years will consist of Vladimir Novakovic, Director General of Apatinska Pivara, Aleksandar Ruzevic, General Manager of Coca Cola HBC, Goran Kovacevic, CEO of Gomex, Stanka Pejanovic, CEO of Gorenje, and Vojislav Genic, Public Sector Manager for Central and East Europe of SAP.

The Supervisory Board of NALED will consist of Marija Gardzic, HR Manager of DIS, Igor Anic, member of the Executive Board of ProCredit Bank, Vladislav Cvetkovic, Director at PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Gordana Bukumiric, the president of the Executive Board of UNIQA Non-life Insurance.


Minister of Construction Zorana Mihajlovic announced, following the electoral convention of NALED, the implementation of the electronic land register, enabling registration in three days at the most, as well as the e-space service, aiming to have all spatial plans prepared in three to twelve months. According to her, this means three to four times faster than is the case now.

Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Government Ana Brnabic announced the cooperation with NALED in realizing the action plan pertaining to the implementation of the strategy for e-government.
