Palladio Finanziaria pays purchase price for Cimos – Italians make another attempt at buying Slovenian company

The Italian fund Palladio Finanziaria has paid the purchase price for a 92% stake in Cimos to a special account.

The amount of EUR 100,000 will wait for the General Meeting, which should be held in mid-May, where the state owners are supposed to confirm the deal.

The Italian fund will carry out the transaction through its company TCH Cogema, and will also take over the company's debt of EUR 110 million and make a capital increase of at least EUR 20 million.

The amount should later grow to EUR 50 million, Slovenian media report.
