Net profit of Metalac grows by nearly 70% in 2016 – B&H biggest foreign market

The Gornji Milanovac-based holding Metalac had consolidated operating revenues of RSD 8.7 billion last year, a growth of 19.7% compared to a year before, whereas net profit jumped by 67.9% to RSD 564 million, Dragoljub Vukadinovic, the president of the group, said at the General Meeting, Wisebroker reports.

Sales revenues amounted to RSD 8.5 billion, exports reached RSD 3.2 billion, and sales in the local market equaled RSD 5.3 billion.

Metalac Posudje makes up 74% of the exports with EUR 16.5 million, Metalac FAD has EUR 2 million in exports (9%), and Metalac Bojler has EUR 1.6 million (7%)

Individually, the biggest exporting market is B&H, with EUR 5 million in realized exports (22%), whereas the exports in the CEFTA market amounted to EUR 8.4 million. Sales of EUR 4.1 million were realized in the markets of Russia and Ukraine, whereas the exports to the EU market amounted to EUR 8.1 million, Wisebroker reports.
