More than 40 German, Italian and Greek companies at Belgrade gathering

Another trilateral meeting of more than 40 companies-members of the German-Serbian Chamber of Commerce (AHK Serbia), the Chamber of Italian-Serbian Businessmen (KISP) and the Hellenic Business Association (HBA) was held in Belgrade on May 10 to the end of establishing direct contacts and enhancing cooperation between the members of the three organizations.

Each participant had the chance to present their company over 10 ten-minute 1-on-1 meetings, and to get to know other participants in a less formal setting afterwards.

Addressing the attendees, Deputy Managing Director Doris Danilovic reminded that representatives of companies-members met at events within their business organizations and that trilateral meetings such as the one in question were an opportunity to expand their business contacts, “as well as direct and indirect marketing”.

Mirjana Kojic, Secretary General of KISP, also commented on the benefits of such events.

– We want to have business activities on the EU level in Serbia as well, and events such as this one serve to, among other things, produce new ideas of future cooperation – Kojic pointed out.

Fanina Kovacevic-Popaz of HBA announced plans for the next period.

– Networking is among the more important factors of good business and we will therefore try to provide as many such events as possible to the members – she said.

The event was supported by the Falkensteiner hotel, which was also the general sponsor of the event, as well as Generali Insurance, the press release by AHK Serbia says.
